Booking a cab doesnt work

I used the app to "call a cab" and after a short while a cab was assigned to me. I watched the cab on the app drive to a street next to mine and then it switched from being "assigned to me" to "passengers in cab". The cab picked up other people! If a cab assigned to you is still taking other fares then they arent really assigned to you. Useless app. Hailing a cab from the street would work better.
